We will only consider refund requests under the following circumstances:

Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same digital product more than once.

 Once a refund request is received and reviewed, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  

If approved, the refund will be credited to the original payment method within 10 business days.
